This tutorial explains steps to auto post your WordPress posts to your Facebook Page.

It is a very wise idea to create and maintain social media pages for your brands. One way or the other, the business get the benefit of their social media pages as this provides a platform where prospects meet businesses. The social media pages are a better platform to connect with the world and improve the chances of building a brand and provide products and services more effectively.

However, you might have multiple social media pages and sharing the posts on every social page, that too every-time you publish a post, can become troublesome. Well, several WordPress plugins have come as a good news as they take care of these auto sharing stuffs. I personally prefer using “Social Networks Auto-Poster by NextScripts”. The free version does the job very nicely and you might never need the Pro version for your basic requirements. Here is a Tutorial on the configuration of “Social Networks Auto-Poster by NextScripts”.

Step 1: Install and Activate the Plugin in your WordPress Dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to Settings under WordPress Dashboard and click on “{SNAP} Social Networks Auto Poster”. You will be taken to the Plugin configuration page which looks something like this. As you can see, I have already configured the auto posting from my Facebook page and Twitter.

Step 3: Click on “Add new Account” and select “Facebook” from the dropdown.

Step 4: Make the configuration as shown in the below image. You will need to create an app on “https://developers.facebook.com/apps” and obtain the App ID and App Secret. After filling in the credentials, click on “Authorize”. The plugin will authorize your Facebook account and then you can simply update or save the settings. You can click on “Submit Test post to Facebook” and check your Facebook page for the auto posted article.

A detailed Tutorial can be found on plugin’s official website. Here is the Direct Link.
